Hello David, I am also building the Biplane version--- Just finished up routing out the "nose ribs" All 93 of them. Rib webs are next for the router. I have already rough cut all the rib blanks but haven't made the master router pattern yet. I used the red oak that Lowes has on the shelf for sta. 1 reinforcements.
