Hi Gang, It's been brought to my attention that on Dec. 14 Listbot will be purging all archives that are 1 year old. Then every month following that the same will will occur for anything posted from 12 months previous. This will be an ongoing effort to trim the amount of information being stored by Listbot. Christavia has 1240 messages, Emerauders has 571 and Fly Baby has 721. According to a Listbost rep, there is no way for me to batch download the archives to prevent loss of information. One individual from the Christavia list (lost your address--arrrggh!) indicated that he might be willing to download the Christavia messages, but this would be quite an undertaking since each message must be downloaded individually and saved to disk. I have neither the time or equipment to do this. So, my suggestion is for you to peruse the Listbot archives for messages that might be of interest to you and save them, or I can approach Matt Draille of http://www.matronics.com (check it out) to see if he'd be interested in adding these lists to his already comprehensive number of chat groups. Matt usually asks for $$$ contributions during the year to offset his investment in computer equipment. He also offers a search engine that will allow readers to access specific topics of interest.
