Luis, No, uprights at sta 3 and 5 are not straight up and down--- they must line up with the angle that the front and rear spar of the wing will be at once the incidence angle has been determined, the inked-in measurements are not right on fig 1-1. The way that I did it is to make up a cardboard full-size rib--position it at the propper incidence angle--then draw a line perpendicular to the bottom of the wing extending up to the top longerons.
