I built Fly Baby N6123 an awful
lot of years ago. I flew it for over 500 hours. Most were enjoyable but the
Bowers church pew seat was a pain in the derriere. I replaced it with a custom
fitted upholstered fiberglass unit from a Midget Mustang. I flew from Santa
Cruz to Oshkosh twice and to St Louis and back to Truckee. Finally a tornado in
Illinois did what I and many acquaintances were unable.
It is time to resurrect this old
friend. It is on the gear again the fuselage (all new) is painted and I am
finishing the wings. I use the Poly Fiber process and T-88 glue. I have added
many extra inspection doors as I don't stoop and crawl with the alacrity I once
enjoyed. More later.
