steve you have the right carb for a 0200 it should be a # MA-3SPA 10-4894 it sounds as if there is a blockage in it the plunger for accelerato pump will need replced if dried and cracked cleanthe carb realy good blow all pasages out with comprssed air and try it again the pump plunger will not cause it to go lean except on rapid throttle opening let me know what happens as I am very knowledgeable on both the marvel and the stromberg carbs goodluck joe
