You can make one from a Digital Volt Meter and some probes made from
nails.  The US Dept or Ag, Forest products lab has a how-to sheet
they'll mail you.  Now if I could only find where I wrote down the
details.  You might try writing to the FPL in Madison WI and se if
they can figure it out from a rough description.
