Darrel, where the fabric is cut out for the steel piece, there could be a 
little wrinkling if is wasn't cut out and stuck down precisely.  If it is 
like that on the ground as well as in the air, I would guess you have no 
problem.  If it looks fine on the ground and distorts in the air - that 
doesn't sound right.  There is such a thing as a fabric tester-and one is 
non-destructive.  Another thing you might check is this-Mr. Bowers 
recommended "glueing" some of the fabric to the ribs with Pliobond.  I can't 
remember if it was the wing ribs also or just the tail surface ribs.  If your 
 fabric is just glued down and not rib stitched, I have heard of it coming 
loose.  You might check that. I rib stitched all mine.  Good luck. Mark
